This site is operated by KAVERA, a performance apparel brand registered in the State of Utah.

When you join the KAVERA early access list, your email address is stored in Squarespace Email Campaigns. You will receive:
- Pre-launch announcements
- Launch notification and first-access information
- Post-launch product updates and brand communications
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time. Unsubscribing removes you from marketing communications but does not delete your account or order history if a purchase has been made.
6. Cookies
