2. About KAVERA
KAVERA is a performance apparel brand registered and operating in the State of Utah. The KAVERA name and KV logo are pending trademark registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. All rights reserved.
3. Site Access
This site is publicly accessible. You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase. KAVERA reserves the right to modify, restrict, refuse, or discontinue access to any part of the site at any time without notice. KAVERA also reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion. Product availability and features may be updated at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to the KAVERA name, KV logo, product names, product images, written copy, design elements, and photography — is the exclusive property of KAVERA and is protected under applicable United States trademark and copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any KAVERA content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Products and Orders
At launch, the following terms apply to all purchases made through this site:
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
- KAVERA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
- Product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations in color appearance may occur due to display settings.
- All sales are final except as described in our Returns policy.
6. The Exchange Program
The Exchange is KAVERA's garment return program. Customers may return qualifying KAVERA garments in accordance with the conditions published at launch. Returned garments in qualifying condition are donated to community organizations. In return, participants receive store credit toward a future purchase.
KAVERA reserves the right to:
- Define and update qualifying condition standards
- Modify or discontinue The Exchange at any time
- Decline returns that do not meet published standards
The Exchange is not a resale program. KAVERA does not resell returned garments.
7. Early Access List
By submitting your email address through this site, you consent to receive launch announcements and updates from KAVERA via Squarespace Email Campaigns. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every communication. KAVERA does not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. The KAVERA Commitment
A percentage of every KAVERA sale is directed toward community causes including housing resources and mental health support for first responders. Specific allocation details are published separately. KAVERA reserves the right to adjust giving structures as the brand evolves, while maintaining its commitment to community impact.
9. Prohibited Conduct
By using this site, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its infrastructure
- Reproduce, scrape, or distribute KAVERA content without written permission
- Use automated tools to access or monitor the site
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the site
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

KAVERA may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be reflected by a revised Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
