Send it back. We'll find it a new purpose.
You'll receive credit toward your next.
01 — Initiate
Contact support@kaveraofficial.com with your order number and let us know you're starting an Exchange.
Return instructions follow within 48 hours.
02 — Send & Review
Ship your piece back. Every garment is individually inspected against qualifying conditions upon arrival.
03 — Credit + Purpose
Qualifying pieces are donated to communities that need them.
You receive store credit toward your next KAVERA purchase.
The Standard
To qualify for The Exchange, garments must
meet all of the following at time of receipt:
— Purchased directly from KAVERA
— Structurally intact — no tears, broken seams, or hardware damage
— Retains its original shape — no permanent distortion
— Clean and laundered prior to return
— Free of permanent staining or odor
— Submitted within 24 months of original purchase date
KAVERA inspects all returned pieces individually.
Acceptance is at KAVERA's sole discretion.
Pieces that do not meet qualifying conditions are not eligible for Exchange credit or donation.
Program terms are subject to change.
Qualifying garments are donated to organizations that serve people who need them — not stored, not discarded.
