Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@kaveraofficial.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you a return label and next steps within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's complete.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Size & Style Changes

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
